These bonds are continuously effective until canceled. If the surety wishes to terminate this bond, it must give the director of the Pennsylvania Public Protection Division at least 90 days’ notice prior to termination.
Telemarketing entity bonds must be furnished at least 30 days before the commencement of business activities. When filling out the bond form, be prepared to provide the trade name and address of the company.
